Faction Networks is pleased to announce that Jeong Vogel has joined the company as Managing Director, Strategic Programs, bringing over two decades of experience in RF engineering, wireless communications, robotics, and startup acceleration. Her appointment further strengthens Faction Networks’ position as we bring next-generation decentralized Zero Trust cybersecurity solutions to market.

Jeong began her career as an RF engineer, where she established a strong technical foundation in wireless system design and integration. This expertise enabled her to lead large-scale teams in developing smartphones, automotive cellular modules, and connectivity solutions that have shaped today’s technology landscape.

Her professional journey expanded into senior program leadership roles, where she guided cross-functional teams through complex product lifecycles. Notably, she drove the development and commercialization of next-generation service robots in a fast-paced startup environment—showcasing her ability to bring innovation from concept to market.

Recognized for combining technical expertise with strategic vision, Jeong has consistently delivered innovation, team alignment, and execution of ambitious product roadmaps. She is also a key leader in connecting Korean tech startups with the U.S. market and investor ecosystem, helping emerging companies scale globally and successfully introduce transformative technologies.

“Jeong’s extensive background in wireless communications and her proven record of scaling innovative technologies aligns perfectly with Faction Networks’ mission to revolutionize cybersecurity through decentralized Zero Trust solutions,” said David Rand. “Her experience bridging international markets and her deep understanding of technology ecosystems will be invaluable as we expand our reach and impact.”

Geoff Halstead, Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer, commented: “Jeong’s addition reflects our commitment to assembling world-class leadership. Her expertise will help us deliver Zero Trust security for networking, data, and IoT/OT devices—extending all the way down to hardware and silicon.”

Jeong Vogel added: “I am excited and honored to join Faction Networks. Our mission to make Zero Trust security accessible to professionals and small-to-mid-sized organizations fills a crucial gap in the marketplace. I am particularly eager to contribute to solving the overlooked vulnerabilities in routers and networking gear—an issue that demands immediate attention. Faction is uniquely positioned to address it.”
