OA Technologies and Faction Networks Complete Merger; Leroy Williams Named CEO of Faction Networks
The merger unites Faction Networks' Generation 3 Zero Trust platform with OA Technologies' U.S.-based hardware manufacturing capabilities, with Leroy Williams appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the combined entity.
Faction Networks announced the completion of its merger with OA Technologies, uniting the companies to accelerate development and delivery of American-made Zero Trust cybersecurity networking products. Leroy Williams was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the combined entity.
Williams, who joined OA Technologies as President and CEO in December 2025, brings over 20 years of executive leadership in telecommunications, technology, and consumer electronics. His previous roles included Executive Vice President and Chief Growth and Innovation Officer at Optimum, Chief Product Officer at Samsung Electronics America, and senior leadership positions at Rogers Communications and Verizon Wireless.
The merger combines Faction Networks’ Zero Trust cybersecurity platform with OA Technologies’ U.S.-based hardware manufacturing capabilities, developed through a joint venture with networking firm Davolink. The unified company will manufacture secure wireless routers and networking appliances domestically while supporting human oversight in AI and autonomous agent environments.
Under Williams’ leadership, the company intends to expand its product portfolio and strengthen presence across private and public sectors, positioning itself as a domestic alternative to complex, costly solutions targeting the small-to-midsize business market. Product launches include Faction Pods and Portals, with Zero Trust Routers expected later in 2026.
About Faction Networks
Faction Networks builds Generation 3 Zero Trust — security in which the trust that governs an organization’s networks, devices, data, and AI is owned and controlled by the customer, not a vendor. Faction’s owner-controlled architecture keeps encryption keys with the customer and the control plane off the public internet, making the network invisible to attackers, and extends protection to the OT and IoT devices traditional, software-only tools can’t reach through its US-made, Cyber-Assured Pods and Portals. Control. Peace of Mind. Faction Networks is the brand name of Faction Communication Corp. Learn more at factionnetworks.com.
